An Email to Clark Curtis of Rock Hard Gravel December 31, 2014

Clark Curtis:

We are looking for an estimate to shale and gravel our entrance lane (approximately 600 yards in distance) to our hunting lodge above described and your opinion as to whether this can be done during the winter months by driving on the ice since the lane had about 18 inches of water covering it t the time of free-up.

The final go-ahead would be dependent upon receiving the assurance of the RM of Winchester that the municipal road from the North would also receive enough shale/gravel to enable us to get to our lane.

You were referred to me by Pat Beernaert who’s son is an associate of mine here in Brandon.
