Lg Tv Stuck On User Agreement

I just removed the other router. The TV then automatically recognized the correct one and downloaded the user agreement. I recently bought an LG 43UH610T TV. I`m in Bali, Indonesia. Everything seems to work well, but when I click on one of the options, like LGTV, YouTube, etc., it tells me that I must first accept the LG Smart TV user agreement. However, I then get a message with the message “User agreements cannot be loaded – a server error has occurred… »… Please read the terms of use. When you`re done, click Accept. Google says that Android TV as a platform does not perform or monitor users of specific content.

For me, although I entered the Wi-Fi password during the setup, I also had to open the web browser (with the Home button) and open Google. Then the browser also asked for my Wi-Fi password. After that, the user agreement, Amazon, etc. began to work. – Follow the screen process until you get to the point where it requires the LG user agreement to be downloaded. Do it. It should work this time you connect through the hotspot. – Now tap “Home” on your remote control and select an app (preferably an app you subscribe to as Netflix), if you no longer see the error via “Not downloading the user agreement.” Hoorah, Hoorah! LG`s usage agreement is where you can disable services and tracking ads. Why does it say server error in loading internet user agreements works well please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I made things worse by trying a factory end. Before that, I could at least view the apps I had already loaded. However, I tried to “solve” my problem with a new application by following online instructions and imprecise a factory resource.

In the end, I completely screwed because now no application works due to the inability to download the user agreement. Just bought an LG 65UH6030 yesterday, not able to load the user agreement as well. Tried both wired connection settings and wireless without luck. I`m able to use the built-in browser lg, so I`m sure the internet connection is active. I noticed that the TV comes with the 3.xx firmware, while the current is 4.xx. We tried to update the firmware and it failed.
